Note: Please backup all data,factory reset will erase all information from your phone.

To perform the factory reset, please refer to below steps:

Option 1 : How do I perform a factory reset if able to access into the system

Part of device's faults can be removed by restoring factory settings, but all data may be cleared along. Restore factory settings by the following steps:

Touch Settings on Home screen
Tap Backup & reset
Tap Factory data reset
Tap RESET PHONE
Tap ERASE EVERYTHING

Option 2 : How do I perform a factory reset if unable to access into the system

Ensure the device is turned off and not connected to any charger
Press and hold the correct keys to boot the device into recovery mode. This will vary from device to device.
Normally there are three key combinations to enter recovery mode for Lenovo phones:

(1). Volume Up + Power;

(2). Volume Down + Power;

(3). Volume Up + Volume Down + Power;
